Our journal provides authors with the opportunity to optimize the impact of their research and improve the quality of their manuscripts through a range of services. These services include language editing, translation, manuscript formatting, plagiarism checking, and technical review.
• Scientific editing: The GIMS team offers editing services to ensure that the article meets the necessary criteria before it is submitted to reviewers for feedback. This includes a thorough evaluation of the manuscript, providing guidance on critical reporting requirements related to study design, as well as the strength and positioning of the research argument. Authors are required to pay $8 per page to receive this service in case the changes are minor. For major changes which include adding what is missing and restructuring, authors need to pay 15$ per page.
• Language editing: The GIMS team provides language editing services to ensure accuracy by making necessary adjustments to eliminate grammatical, spelling, and other common language errors in the manuscript. Authors are required to pay $8 per page to receive this service.
• Translation: The team provides translation services from and into the three languages accredited in Lebanon, namely Arabic, English, and French. Authors are required to pay $8 per page to receive this service.
• Formatting: Our team offers authors the opportunity to ensure that their manuscript adheres to the rigorous journal standards by providing assistance with manuscript formatting. Professional support involves following the guidelines for title page information, abstract structure, reference style, font size, line spacing, margins, layout, and paragraph style. Authors are required to pay $8 per page to receive this service.
• Statistical and Data Analysis (SPSS and NVIvo): The GIMS team can help researchers carry out a study include planning, designing, collecting data, analysing, and drawing meaningful interpretations. The fees for such a service depend on the number and types of instruments used as well as the sample size. Authors seeking rapid review can opt for this service by paying an additional fee of $5 per page.
